"10/10 My morning visit today for minis was disappointing. There seems to be a miss in the QA of the food being served. A few weeks ago, I had minis that were basically flour/crust and today was another disappointing visit. I get that the business doesn't want to throw food BUT at a rate like this they're looking to lose a customer that visits somewhere around 10x+ weekly. 9/8 update So I visited tonight around 8p. Drive thru packed, inside busy, so how the heck do I get cold fries and lukewarm nuggets? After waiting 10 minutes for the food it seems the only reasonable explanation is over cooking the food. I returned the food, actually spoke to the young lady bagging the food. She offered to cook fresh (another 10 mins) but I told her as long as the fries were fresh I'd be ok. She assured me that the fries were fresh. She have me the food, I reached in the bag and guess what, fries NOT fresh AGAIN. How can a restaurant that is PACKED, not deliver fresh and edible food? Not a good night for the Chik Fil A brand and a waste of my $$$. Check your cameras about 8:20p, you'll see that I threw the food away in your trash can where you deliver food. Rich I visited the restaurant this morning as I do probably 7-10 times a week. The service is normally so pleasant and a shout out to Stephanie for ALWAYS being so friendly and providing service with a smile. This morning was a major deviation from the normal customer experience and let's put Judy/Julie in the spotlight. I ordered fresh minis and I was told "everything is fresh" So there was 4-5 cars in the drive thru and only 1 person ahead of me in line so we can say it was a bit slow. So I look over in the bin and it's loaded with that FRESH food. Judy/Julie gives me this sarcastic response with a smirk and expects me to fall in line. So I left the restaurant on exit 1 and drove 12 miles to exit 1o3, Hwy 31, to get some fresh minis. I guess Judy/Julie doesn't know the red flag process when a customer requests fresh food. So I am going to put Judy/Julie's message to test, each time that I visit this Chik Fil A I am going to check my food before leaving to make sure it meets the "everything is fresh" disclosure that Judy/Julie assured me of. And when it's not "fresh" and not having been stored in the bin I will use this example and assurance of "fresh food" to kindly return the bin stored food and ask for that "everything is always fresh" re-ordered food. Let's see how this plays out."
