"The lady that took our order was annoyed by our order... I asked for cheese on my chicken sandwich it was not there, and the lady who brought the food out to the car, she needs to be fired. She brought three meals out, and I said we had four. She never acknowledged me, so I said it louder she screamed, saying, "I heard you!" When she comes back, all she said was, "Here!" So I matched her attitude/energy and said,"Thank you!" If I had the energy, I would have gone inside to simply get my money back because that place is RIDICULOUS!!!"
"Ordered a double bacon bag and my burger has no mustard and no bacon My four-piece nugget is a three-piece nugget and the vanilla shake I asked for is a water. I've tried calling the store multiple times and no one picks up the phone."
"I got home after paying $25.00 for 2 orders of #1 and a Jr. Burger on menu. Missing a #1burger when got home. Should have double checked my bag.I tried calling and no answer. I also asked for fries to be hot and by time got on road to eat a few fries and they weren't even barely warm after asking to make sure they were hot. I will be by after work tomorrow to get my burger. This is my last visit to Wendy's! Terrible service at window and a unfriendly slow worker who kept interruping my order to talk to others."
