McDonald's 765 Academy Drive, Bessemer, AL 35022

"I recommend finding another McDonald’s in the area. There was one other person inside, after waiting for half an hour we finally asked about what’s going on with our food, I don’t think they would’ve made it at all if we didn’t say anything. After a while, we finally got our food, packed to go, even though we were dining in. My burger was just slapped together not even properly wrapped, the fries were drenched in oil, tasted old and gross and we ended up throwing them out. The soap dispenser in the bathroom didn’t work, and overall this was the worst experience at McDonald’s I’ve had. Waste of an hour of my time, for terrible service, and food that didn’t taste good at all."

"Bathroom sinks didn't work. No water supply. BUT, my wife asked an employee for assistance after she put soap on her hands and couldn't rinse and the young lady brought her a couple of wet paper towels and a couple of dry ones to help. Big Macs were good."

"Ordered 2 large coffees and biscuit to go. Coffee was warm, not hot, and not a full cup of coffee. We dined in hoping to get more coffee, there was no one accessible at front counter. She had other responsibilities along with front counter."

"$5 for a shake and THIS is what I get?? When I asked for a large I meant both the cup AND the shake itself, not just the cup! I’m not sure who was in charge here but clearly they don’t know how to do their jobs properly! I guess I’ll be boycotting this McDonald’s too… that makes both the locations in Bessemer that I won’t be returning to… I’ll start taking my money to the Hueytown location, they deserve it a whole lot more than you Bessemer locations…."

"My trip to this McDonald's was the worse ever. I was so surprised. There was nobody in the restaurant or drive thru. The dining room was a mess, floor was sticky, not one clean table or boothe. There was trash all over the self serve drink station. The garage cans were full and flowing out into the floor. They said they couldn't take cash for our order as they didn't have any change. We o ordered on the kiosk this is a mess, paid for our food with our card. We set at the cleanest dirtiest table there was and cleaned it with hand sanitizer and napkins is that's how we had. We were never notified that our food is ready it was just set up on the counter and then there was nobody else at the counter. We did find the guy that informed us that there was no change over on his cell phone in the back of the restaurant nobody had any uniforms on it was just a very odd experience, definitely not what you expect from McDonald's. The employees didn't have any uniforms on or name tags. I was very disappointed and surprised regarding the whole experience. Hope they can work these issues out before I think about going there again."
