"Moses correctly diagnosed and repaired our appliances the first time after 3 other repair places failed. He knew which part to replace and the other places replaced the wrong part (motherboard in our oven) twice when Moses knew to replace the fan. That fixed the problem."
"I requested their service to check my refrigerator since it stop cooling at the fridge part but freezer was working perfectly. After 2 months and 2 part orders by this company, 3 home visits and $400.00 later my fridge was never fixed but them and left me hanging with no info or solutions. They were very unprofessional as I never received any calls or any info related to the parts order by them (parts that were never needed), or reimbursement offered by the technician!!!"
"Absolutely the worst appliance repair place EVER. The warranty on my microwave scheduled this company to repair my microwave. He came out and said they would replace the motherboard and it would take 2-4 days to get the part in and they would call to schedule the actual repair. Weeks went by and I tried calling them numerous times and left messages. They never called me back. After 6 weeks of waiting they finally answered the phone and asked if I could prove they even came out!!!! How pathetic! I never would have chosen this company anyway, but Frigidaire should stop using them for warranty claims."
"I was referred to this company by the warranty service department. The eye of my glass top quit working the week before thanksgiving so he came out Friday prior. Turned my stove on, touched it to see it wasn’t hot, and said a burner needed ordered. 2 months later, and many phone calls, the burner came in. Set up an appt. telling the receptionist if the tech couldn’t make it by 8:30am, I had to reschedule. Spoke to him through my doorbell cam at 1005am explaining and he requested to come the next day at 8am but never showed. Supposedly he already had something at that time but never called, I found out by calling the shop. He showed the next day dealing with my husband. Was there 5 mins due to only being a loose connection. Had the tech examined my stove better, I wouldn’t be giving 1 star to him. The receptionist, on the other hand, was very unorganized and not business savvy at all. She told me she wouldn’t call me until the part came in. That is until I contacted consumer affairs. Never again will I allow the warranty center to schedule anything with this company!!"
"Wish I could give negative stars! Absolutely the worst appliance repair company ever! How they stay in business is a complete mystery to me. I first came into contact with this company in November 2018. They called me in response to a request I put in with the company that sold me my dishwasher, which had a part on it break after only 3 months of use. They told me that they would have to get the part in, which could take a while. A month later, I got another call from them, informing me that the part was in, but that it was the wrong part. So I had to wait another month before they came to have a look at it. I called them in January 2019 to find out what was going on with it, and they finally scheduled an initial appointment. They repair technician obviously didn't know how to install the part, since he had to call someone to tell him how to do it. Of course, he did it incorrectly, which I discovered after he left. I called them again the next day, telling them that the part was not installed correctly, and the tech came out again, this time without an appointment. He took a look at it, and declared the part broken, which meant another month wait for the part to come in. After multiple phone calls to check on the status of the part, he shows up unannounced again in February. This time, he not only installs the part in question incorrectly, but he breaks the dishwasher completely! It won't even turn on now! Four months, too many phone calls to count, four visits (two without an appointment), and the dishwasher, which was working, no longer does, and the initial problem not fixed, either. Long and short of the matter is this--if you need appliance repair for any reason, use someone else! If you are referred to them as part of your warranty program, beg for someone else. Tell the retailer/manufacturer that this company has nothing but negative reviews, and please, please, please pick someone, ANYONE else."
