"Alejandro was a true professional. I have 2 young children so trips to stores aren't usually very fun. I needed a dishwasher. I left with a dishwasher, 2 pairs of headphones and a lego for my kids. Alejandro made shopping easy. Everything was clearly explained, no pushing sales tactics. Alejandro solved problems, which is what true sales is. The best retail sales experience I've had in years. I could not be more impressed. In and out in 20 minutes. Will only shop at bestbuy for appliances and will only buy from Alejandro."

"I bought a computer & the girl was the worst customer service representative ever! She had no idea what she was talking about. Trying to sell me something she didn't understand. She contradicted herself & talked so fast I asked her to please slow down & she continued to talk in circles fast. It was horrible. Rude & just a horrible experience when you spend so much money on one place!"

"Friendly staff and pretty good prices on electronics. My only issue keeping from 5 stars is the constant asking if I needed help from staff. I was asked if I needed anything at least 20-30 times over a 30-40 minute time frame. I don't know if they are on commission now or what, but it was excessive."

"Possibly one of the worst managed Best Buy’s I’ve been to. They need to take some notes from other stores. Employees are always confused and seem to be pretty untrained. No one really goes out to help customers with anything, just stand around and talk a lot. Same day delivery is a miss most of the time. Service is a 1/10 here. Cleanliness and tidiness 3/10. So many other stores that are better and well managed, for example the one in Auburn, AL."
