"Couch broke within a year. When I called the lady said look for a tag because she had no idea what I bought even though she had all my information, and they weren't responsible for the first year ! Do what , I should still be able to get the store that sold and charged me to deliver it to at least put in a fix it order in for their customers."

"I bought furniture here January of this year. Cristian waited on us and he was above and beyond with customer service. I did purchase the warranty as well! The furniture was not holding up as well as we had hoped. I returned to this store yesterday and Cristian waited on us again and I was so impressed with his customer service and kindness! We were given store credit for the other furniture and we picked out new items! We did not have to pick out the same type of furniture that was being returned! Our 2 recliners and the couch were delivered the very next day! The loveseat is on order and will be delivered when it arrives. I forgot to get the names of our delivery guys but they were also very professional and nice! We did purchase the warranty again! I will be a return customer for all my furniture/appliance needs in the future! We highly recommend this store!"

"Never had enough money or go into an actual store to buy furniture so I was excited. I had to wait over 20 minutes for the only worker to come help. First of all, everything I had seen online, on sale, wasn’t at the only location in Huntsville. So a lie. He was friendly enough.I picked out 4 dressers and a stove I wanted to buy. The stove I had looked at I was told wasn’t available. So I didn’t get the stove I desperately needed. He couldn’t tell me where else I could go either. Said he got all his furniture there. I guess he never needed a stove though. I picked out a dresser style stating I wanted 4. He went back and forth in the back and each time, 3 times to be exact, came out and said oh the one u wanted, we don’t have that one. So I’d pick the second option I liked. He would say, well not that one either. It was my 3rd choice I was finally able to get. So that means there is plenty of items on display but they are false in stating they have said items. They lied. So I got let down a lot on the stock that should have been available to me, as it was on display. If the said items are not in stock they need to take down all the displays. I understand one not being in stock but all three I had picked? That’s unacceptable. Delivery was $109 even though on the sign it says free delivery. So that’s another lie. They came enclosed in packing boxes with NO instructions on how to get them off the wooden stands they were heavily stapled too. It took us the better part of an hour to get one out the box and off the stand. After that we learned how to do the other 3. Dressers were nice and price for all good but there is wrong with each of them. Drawers that don’t go completely in. Paint chipped off some sides, uneven and not straight. Standing two next to each other they do not match up. One is more at a triangle shape in front compared the straight one right next to it. Spent over a grand of these. I wouldn’t recommend them, I wouldn’t ever step through their doors again. What’s sad also is the reply they made? It was just for show. When I went to contact her as requested, no response."

"I ordered a sectional the movers came to deliver but could not be brought up the stairs. I called.for.a refund and it was processed. After sleeping on an air mattress for a long time and it busting I went back and got a mattress that wasn't in stock but promised 4 days later. Didnt happen and it was Jason's day off so I had to deal with to someone didn't have a clue. The mattress was not heren6 days later and Jason upgraded and delivered a new mattress. I feel like I would still shop with them because of Jason. Hes an amazing guy working with little help of competency."
