"I'm not happy with my experience with Aaron's they was rude to me employee named Tyrone tried to call customer service for 5 days and I feel like they charged me a lot of late fees because they was calling my mother instead of me and they set my payments up on the week I didn't get paid 3 different times and it was there fault but I had to pay the late fees now and on my last payment they tried to charge me a late fee and Tyrone gave me 1 price got emailed 3 prices and payments in the end wasn't taken out until the week I didn't get paid"

We scheduled a pick up and was given Saturday between 10-4 ...(really all day). 20 minutes till 4 I called and was told we were pushed to Monday by Rick, btw we will be charged till it is picked up Rick says even though merchandise is not in use and their fault it is not picked up!! DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE!"
