"Today was a pleasant experience. I met a friend i have not seen for a very long time for lunch. Out server I think her name was Cynthia was attentive. And was so patient with us because we did stay for over 2 hours. As I said we have not seen each other for a long time. She did not rush but also made sure to tell us it was OK. They were no that busy and we were welcome to stay a little longer. I am thankful for people in the industry like her that are willing to do the job and do it well. Rosemary Satterfield"

"The service was terrific. We went with a large party of 13 and we had 2 waitresses that were friendly, fun and very attentive. The food was good for the most part except for my husband’s steak which was a little tough and gristly, but everything else was good. They could use some better lighting"

"We enjoyed our time here. We had the cheese burger lunch and the quesadilla burger. Both of them were amazing. Our server Tracy was very friendly and nice. We also had the bar manager Casey come to our table to see if everything was okay. She also was very pleasant. I would definitely recommend this place if you are in the area."

"We ate here last night for my birthday and the service we received from Wilson B. was beyond excellent! The food was good, like always but his service is what absolutely made our night. He was very attentive, checked to make sure our order was correct, made sure our drinks were topped off.. the manager should be happy to have him."

"So have your ID ready no matter your age(I am 60)...also cant be expired or any other state issued ID such as a valid gun permit issued by State of Alabama which has been background checked ..I might add it is a photo ID with DOB and expiration of course. Ridiculous 3 drink rule and on your 4th drink order you must order another food item on the same ticket. Don't piss down my back and tell me it's raining...it's NOT a corporate Applebee's rule as I go to 30 locations nation wide as I drive 200 hours per month across the US. It's not an Alabama law either...all lies by staff and management. Just drive past this exit as the only other place is Mexican or Logans if you wish to order a drink. Decatur and Madison have great restaurant choices. No foolish rules for a 60 yr old to sit down and have 2 drinks with dinner. Absurd beyond the Ridiculous for locals who go in 2 to 3 times a week who are 55 yrs old plus. Come on folks...use common sense !!!"
