"Whoever was working the drive thru on 2/24 around noon has the worst attitude. Everyone in the car looked at me when she was talking to me with a look of surprised because of the attitude problem. . How do you work with people and have a tude like that. I get there’s typically a reason but there was absolutely no reason at all. . Come on now.Never again am I coming here."

"Although the food was disgusting in my opinion, the service was impeccable!! Our order was made as we asked, and she tweaked it to ensure we were receiving what we wanted while saving us a few dollars. The was friendly and patient as we were visiting and had never eaten at a Krystal before. I wish I had gotten her name yesterday because she deserves recognition from the company. The food was prepared well, it's simply not a food type I like. It was like a generic version of White Castle food. White Castle is also gross to me lol"

"The staff were among the friendliest I have seen. The food was hot and fresh. However, the location is in bad need of repair. The ceiling tiles are old, the formica is broken everywhere, the tables and chairs were in disrepair, there was a leak in the lobby snd the bathroom was as clean as it could be considering that the wall looked compromised by water. This whole place is run down and reeds remodeling or replacing. I have NO issue with the staff or food. This is not a cleaning issue this is an owner not keeping their location up to date and repaired."

"I've never eaten at Krystals before. I never will again. The restaurant was run down & dirty. Holes in the floor, ketchup on the garbage can face & across the counter. Im handicapped so I attempted to sir at the wheelchair accessible table bit it was so bad wobbly you couldn't balance anything on it. Staff was just rude. It took them 10 minutes to cook a chicken biscuit, sausage egg & cheese biscuit, & 2 orders of tater tots. All of it was cold by the time it was shoved in a bag & the bag shoved in our faces. Please note, they were not busy at all. Now I know why"

"I am extremely saddened by the state of most Krystal’s we’ve been to lately. This one in particular smelled so bad when we walked in that I almost walked out. The place was dirty and unkept. The employees had dirty clothes on and most looked unshowered. They were friendly enough, but the overall take away was horrible. I don’t understand what’s happening with this chain. The food is SOOOO GOOD. Corporate… PLEASE figure it out."
