"The fundraiser lady manager here was not friendly. Otherwise the restaurant was pretty good. Update on February 17, 2024 Mango peach tea is very disappointing! Not only is the cup much smaller than a regular cup, they didn't even fill it upto the top! I put the tea next to a regular size cup, and a regular fry for perspective. This store has been a big disappointment since the remodel. The prices are higher and the portion sizes are smaller. The seating area is smaller as well. There are too many other chicken restaurant options in Athens for me to over pay for a smaller meal."

"How can the fries be cold when they are so busy? The fries were moist and cool, the box was only half full, but I wouldn’t have eaten them anyway if it was full. I ordered unsweetened tea and was served sweet, waited to get it replaced and it was sweet the second time, I gave up."

"Normally i am not one to complain but this chick fil a is awful and i have an issue every time i go there. From messed up orders, to no syrup in the soda machines, to ALWAYS forgetting the sauce, its always something. I put an online breakfast order in around 10am and when my husband got there to pick it up after 10:30, they said "the order did not exist" so missed breakfast and had to order lunch (which i was really looking forward to their breakfast). They never have it together, this is why I'll stick with the Madison location in Cliff Farms."

"Beautiful drive thru design. Though I did mobile orders anyway. First time here at this location. The chicken sandwich quality was the best I ever had among any chick-fil-a! Temperature, cut, crisp, and size, very happy with! Sorry, didn't get any good pictures in general."
