"Picked up my order in the drive thru with the mobile order. Very nice people! I don’t recommend the blood orange drink though, it’s not good!"

"I ordered a bagel in the app, and asked for it to be toasted, and sliced . I got what you saw below I came home was preparing for work, and was making me a breakfast sandwich, and I had this. I tried calling 3 times no answer , so I went back to the store, and only 2 people were sitting eating and 3 workers, and it was almost 5 minutes before someone even acknowledged me. I asked what was this the response was " The slicer is broken". I am unsure how a company who makes sandwiches, bagels, and so much more could be operating with a broken slicer. This should not have been given to me, if the slicer was broken and they knew before they did because she said it's been that they should have told me, and I could have sliced it when I got home. No apologies just oh well ."

"Was disappointed by the quality here. My bagel was fresh and worth the calories. However it was not crowded (around 11:30am on a Saturday) and the coffee was not fresh, and was cold, and with it being practically empty, the tables had not been clean or wiped down from the breakfast rush."

"We ordered on Uber eats, I expect to pay extra to bring it to me and them to pick it up. I have no problem with that. I tip on app and tip extra when they get here. My issue here is Panera itself I guess. We got 2 of the pick 2s, it was 35.32 AFTER we got 40% off. In total we paid over 50.00 & gave an extra 5.00 tip when it was delivered . This is what we got. I called Panera and the guy told me he was sorry they weren’t cheap lol I said it has nothing to do with being cheap, we expected to pay for 4 good food, this was a 20.00 meal all day."

"By far the worst Panera I have ever been to. Food was cold. There was burnt cheese in the soap that looked like wings all in it and chicken wasn’t done. Only had one option for soup. I would give zero stars if possible. Staff was rude and sat behind the counter talking bad about customers in the lobby. Lobby was dirt and trash all over the tables. Disgusting!!"
