"There was only three cars ahead of me. It took awhile to get through the line. The food was cold and I had ordered a double stack sandwich that come out like a small hamburger. Not happy at all! If you want at least warm food you got to go to the Priceville location! I will never come to this location again! And I'm leaving still feeling hungry!"

"Edit: went back three months later. Drive through slow as usual. Dining room still locked. Slower than any other place I’ve been to in Decatur. Understaffing probably the issue. Not the employees fault, but locking the dining room door is. Go to Whataburger across the street."

"There were 5 cars in line at the drive thru when we arrived. From arrival time till we were served was 21 minutes. Unacceptable. Spicy chicken sandwich was good as were the fries. After getting the sack, it took the two guys at the window 3 more minutes to give us a soda and a water."

"Lunch time on a Saturday and the doors were locked. Drive thru only. Some of the fries were uncooked. Raw fries! Nuggets were over cooked and very dark. Only good part of my meal was the chicken sandwich and sweet tea."

"Very disappointed in my experience today 10/6/23 4:30pm. My order was taken down wrong, I realized as soon as I got my receipt && explained it at the second drive thru window. They did correct it. However, no ice in either 3 sweet teas I ordered..? What’s up with that??? I also was getting a second order && I gave them the order number && they slammed the window, walked away, came back, ‘so what is wrong with your order?’ ‘Nothing, I have a second order. A kids meal. It’s separate’ gave them the order number again. They gave me the food but failed to give me the drink. When I got the kids drink, no ice. My order was NOT complicated && I could tell they were annoyed with me but they weren’t listening or paying attention. I’ll be back but they better fix their attitudes"
