"I felt discrimination, the lobby had people in it, when I walked in the lady told me I wasn't allowed to come in and I had to go through drive through. Once I made my order, I had to wait for about 20 minutes to get my food while 3 others cars passed me and I had ordered was a Whopper combo."
"Put in a mobile order and they waited until I got there to make it, so to be fair, it was fresh. The order was a little off, but they politely remade it for me, immediately, no questions asked. Great customer service."

"It's a busy lunch hour and there is one person running the register AND calling out the ready orders. The line is long and the tables are dirty. Management needs to do a better job of staffing. The food itself was as expected, and the person on the register disserves credit for handling the pressure as best she could."
