Burger King 4900 Skyland East Boulevard, Tuscaloosa, AL 35405

"We visit this location fairly often because it is convenient and my son loves BK. My major complaint is that this is a fast food restaurant. BK has an app that allows you to order ahead as do most fast food locations. The presumption is that if you preorder and prepay, your order will be ready when you arrive. This location has never ever delivered food at the drivethru window, regardless of whether you order at the speaker or order ahead. They always ask you to pull forward and wait for your food to be brought out to you. 100% of the time. The wait can be either a couple of minutes or up to 15-20 minutes. What is the point of ordering and paying ahead if they don’t even attempt to prepare it until after you arrive? Even the most upscale restaurants that allow take out prepare your food so that it is ready when you arrive. I can understand an occasional wait or delay anywhere. But always at a supposed fast food restaurant? Unsatisfactory."

"The food could have been better prepared. Onion rings were still doughy, and fries were cold. We were the only ones inside, so in my opinion, it wouldn't have mattered to just do it right. Take better pride in your work and serve hot food. I'm not sure why the quality of food has gone down since COVID, other than employees not caring if they serve someone cold food and having to pay almost $30.00 for two small combo meals. I hope everyone gets their 15.00 an hour, so maybe they will start caring more about the quality of their work. Everyone was nice and friendly."

"I could have gone across the highway to waffle house, been seated, and gotten better and more food, and much faster. Next time, I will. They served the car behind us before us. Twenty minutes in the drive thru for a couple of basic burgers and some fries."

"This Burger King is mediocre. It has slow service and poorly maintained facilities, but served good food and had friendly employees. The food is a bit pricey, but the burger I got was filling. It took around 10 min to get our food and we we're 2 of 4 customers inside and the drive through was not busy either. There were also pieces of lettuce and trash on the serving counter. This location needs some attention from corporate."
