"So, I’ve had Papa John’s twice in the last year. Normally I’m not keen on ordering out, but the new menu and deals are so excellent!!! I get the papa rolls, the little pep/sausage/pepper rolls and WOW!!!! My fiancé was shocked at how delicious they were. They taste like a mom and pop place. Additionally, both times I’ve called to ask for them to be made without peppers, and a friendly worker has picked up and obliged. This is soooo appreciated for those with allergies and aversions. The workers are always super kind and quick. Best chain pizza in town, in my opinion."
"Was traveling through and I should’ve just kept driving. If I knew the manager was gonna be rude like that and my pizza was no where near warm I would’ve kept driving. wish I could give this store a zero in a whole."

"Ordered pizza for lunch. Thin crust square cut. Pizza was not square cut. Employee could care less. Didn't even apologize. Why give cutting options if the employees don't read the directions !? I can see why this location has a lot of bad reviews. Doesn't look like anyone cares about it either ! It's a damn shame what has happened to this chain !!"
"The service was horrible. The lady with the red hair was super rude to everyone in there. The food was GARBAGE. There is difference between well done and burnt. I called to speak with someone and the General Manager who will remain nameless due to her being unwilling to give her name was less helpful and ruder than the girl working the counter. If you're looking for great food or great service I highly suggest you choose another location or pizza place all together."
