"All around terrible service and location. Not the first time we've had an issue, but definitely the last. Missing items, cold food, and destroyed wings. Rather than refund the items I'm explaining are wrong, manager just argues on the phone and blames doordash. It's a decision to outsource the delivery, and ultimately Pizza Hut is responsible for the finished product. The driver walked up to the door explaining she had issues at the store waiting forever and with the wings making a mess in her car. I didn't even ask for the whole order to be refunded, just the missing items and inedible wings. Not even the cold pizzas that were delivered."
"The food was good, but the girl at the register was awful. I work in the restaurant business also and even if u don’t mean it, fake it and be NICE‼️I even left a tip and NO thanks or have a good night or even kiss my A*s… She was very RUDE and I hate RUDE‼️"
"Granted it was Christmas Eve, they were probably understaffed and being bombarded with orders. But waiting an hour and 7 min for an order is bizarre. Nonetheless, the pizza didn't disappoint. Just wish I was properly informed that there would be an additional wait for my order."
