Domino's Pizza

"It's was at one time a good place to order from. But for the past 6 months, it has gone down hill. It takes about 1 hour and 30 minutes to get our pizza. I wish they could do better. I will do update if they change. But I'm much more likely to diver there and pick up myself."

"I hate that no one will ever answer the phone here. My food was supposed to be delivered to my house but they never brought it but my phone said it had been delivered. I couldn't make contact with them because they don't answer phones there. We had to drive up to the restaurant to get our order. They tried to say I ordered pickup when I know for a fact I did not. The pizza was cold and it made everyone upset. It was supposed to be a treat but it ended up being a terrible mistake."

"Upon arrival, the delivery driver Ryan demanded a tip for delivering my food because he said he was the “only delivery driver for the night”! I told him to allow me to look at my pizza before I decide to give him a tip. Once I opened the pizza box, I discovered that my pizza was cut incorrectly, so I showed it to him and told him that I will NOT give him a tip since my pizza was delivered late, cold, and cut incorrectly. As a result, Ryan became very rude, aggressive, and nasty! We got into a verbal altercation, and he left! I called the store and asked to speak to a manager and without my knowledge Ryan was put on the phone and as I’m in the midst of telling the incident, he started over talking me saying that if I had a problem with my pizza that I should contact corporate, so to avoid continuing to argue with him, I hung up in his face! The way he treated me was wrong and is NOT good customer service at all! Due to my experience with him, I most certainly will NOT order from this location again!"

"So I always get my pizza square cut and the receipts always say SQ CT on them and almost (90% of the time) they screw it up and pizza slice cut it! Usually I catch it when I pickup the pizza but this time I didn’t check until I got home. They pizza slice cut it and then realized it was supposed to be square cut and then square cut it too! This damn thing is a jigsaw puzzle cut pizza!!!!! Is it so damn hard to read the screen or printed order receipt? Ok they responded, does the picture of the receipt no so in bold print SQCT? Microscopic? No the same size font! I have seen the receipts hanging in front of the person that takes it out of the oven and cuts it"

"Walked in ordered cinnamon sticks medium Hawaiian Specifically asked how long the crew said only a couple of minutes but it took almost 15 minutes and I was in a hurry that's why I asked. Don't tell your customers anything that's not attainable. Worst part I saw was both crew member after handling the cash register went to prepare pizza mixes with the e ir bare hands no gloves at all. This is totally a violation of hygiene and and sanitary procedure. Is this your normal procedure!!!"
