Domino's Pizza

"I always order from the mobile app. So my last order was 01/26/24 for pick up at the window. Initially it said 15-20 which is normal but then tracker said 60-100 minutes. I called the store thinking it was a hiccup but no it wasn't, so I had them cancel my order. The only issue I ever had with my pizza is not sausage when that's the only topping. One here and there is ridiculous!"

"So I’m a fan of a good hand toss, I called the number and spoke with India 1st off. They took my order 2 medium Pizzas 3 toppings normally 13.99 but 8.99 on special. So I order. I show up and I lift the lid and I ask where’s the cheese. His response was that’s why people order extra cheese. I said the are usually 13.99 dont that include cheese. He said yes but we weigh it out. I still complained to no avail. I get home and I see a domino pizza commercial and their cheese is stretching across the pizza on a 3 topping medium pizza I grabbed a slice and nothing. NO CHEESE STRETCH. What so ever. Remember Wendy’s where’s the Beef. We dominoe’s where’s the CHEESE. I’m calling corporate and I’m slamming you all over the web till you do right by me and your customers."

"Don’t trust their app to tell you when the pizza is done. I pulled up to get mine 5 minutes after it said it was done. The guy working at the window told me they were just putting it in the over and would be 10 minutes. Food is always great but that is dysfunctional service with the app."

"I placed an online order for carryout at this location today. I called right after to let them know that I wanted one of my pizzas cooked a little well done but not burnt. First of all, the lady I spoke with on the phone was very polite and accommodating so shout out to her! Second, I picked up my pizzas and they were baked perfectly!!! Just as I requested. Just want to leave this review to say thank you so much to the staff you guys are appreciated!!!"

"This store is very disappointing, we ordered food around 11 for delivery after a while order was cancelled, no explanation to why, so we figured it may have been due to the wing order and decided to order just 2 pizzas it’s Friday night so it could be busy, however, that order was also cancelled again with no explanation why, so I decided to check to see what time this location close figured with it being a Friday they stay open past 12 and I looked and it says 1am so I decided to call I was on hold for about 10 minutes to see why the order was cancelled but nobody answered just kept me on hold so I said whatever and hung up the phone. Regardless, of the fact if the hours are wrong they need to be changed and the ordering system should state that this location is closed or not accepting delivery and when someone canceled they should give a reason it’s that simple. If I could give 0 stars I would!"
