"I did an online order, went through drive through manager (lady) would not give me my food even after I showed my confirmation number. Was very rude and ugly towards me and closed the window and walked away while I was trying to talk. Awful service."
"The person who took our order was excellent. Their truck pulled up as we pulled in and there were only 2 people working there on a Sunday to unload the truck and work the store. Initially they said we'd have to come back but we'd ordered using their app before we arrived so he took a moment and prepared our order while his coworker began unloading the truck. A+ to his attitude and f- to their management for short staffing the store and losing the business of the people that were turned away after us."
"I had not been to Checkers in many years, so my wife and I thought we would give it a try. We wanted to see how much prices had increased and if the food was still the same. Burgers were fairly expensive, as they are everywhere. We ordered two fish sandwiches, a burger and french fries. The food tasted very good! We had forgotten how much we loved the seasoned french fries. I could just eat the fries, because they are so tasty! The young woman at window wasn't very impressive. As I watched the food prep inside, it seemed like there was one guy doing all the work. We were the only ones there, so that's probably typical. In summary, I could eat the fries every day! The other food wasn't exceptional, but it was alright."
