"The technician, Brian, that came to check my furnace in 2 different properties did a fantastic job. I had a technician from another company come by to look at the furnace before but they were not nearly as thorough. The prices seem reasonable, I suppose you could get better prices by shopping around, but I think Briarwood has the best value because the furnace replacement that I had went really well. The 2 gentlemen that did the installation were friendly, polite, professional, and very skilled. The new furnace is installed far better than the previous 24yr old furnace. You can tell they have been trained by a grandmaster HVAC technician because I don't think I've seen such fine craftsmanship in any furnace installation."

"Great, Family owned business. They didn’t rip us off with our boiler, furnace, or a/c. The boiler was our lowest quote we received (had 3 or 4) and they did an awesome job. Some companies tried charging us almost double! We’ve used them multiple times since then. Our next house, we called them without any hesitation. Most recently, they replaced a high efficiency furnace and a/c for our new house. My furnace circuit board malfunctioned and they came out within a few hours of calling them, and replaced it all under warranty. No questions asked.
