"Go to Hobby Lobby located in the same strip mall or Michaels down the street. The staff at Jo Ann's are so incredibly rude. Good luck finding someone to measure and tag the fabric. And if you do they will bite your head off because you bothered them. Overpriced and small selections."

"I’ve been wanting to build acoustic sound panels for a long time now. I finally got around to it. I got my DIY build design from YouTube and in the videos description, there was a link for craft felt at Joann’s. I went there the other day last week and spoke with a woman named Nancy who was very nice and helpful. My wife and I went back later that night to purchase the 10 yards of fabric I needed. I don’t remember the name of the lady who helped us, but she was very nice and helpful as well. I don’t do many crafts, but this definitely seems like the place to go for all your craft needs. I will definitely come back should I have another project in the future."

"I’ve always ordered my fabric from Amazon but I went inside Joanns and I have never seen anything like the amount of fabric and the fact they cut it and it’s actually straight all my fabric from Amazon’s fabric was always jagged and I’d loose quite a bit because it’s unusable. I like the cleanliness and the way the cashiers are associates are so friendly and helpful. I really like going to Joanns I find a lot of great deals there"
