"I have been a customer for 20+ years and I have tried to call several times to talk to a Customer Service Person. After going through several , several prompts, I finally got through. I had someone who could understand on the phone, but for some reason transferred me to someone from some other country. I asked for a price adjustment on a pair of shoes, I bought because the price had dropped dramatically. I was told they wouldn’t do it even though my email they sent me showed that the price had been dropped. She kept refusing to make the adjustment. The customer service person refused to let me talk to a supervisor. I asked several times the women refused to let me talk to her supervisor. I finally hung up. I’m not sure, I will do any more business with them. I can buy Dillards. I won’t have to go through this. Their customer service has went downhill."

"Clean, friendly staff, a lot of holiday sales, seemed to be well stocked. This is also a convient location for a day out shopping. There is other stores in close proximity including a guitar store and a book store. There are also alot of restaurants nearby too."

"My young daughter had a piano recital there with another little girl- the perfume department stopped the recital to complain. They said that our recital (which was approved in a contract), was blocking their business. Our recital had ten minutes left. The woman working was so upset that she didn’t want to let young children finish their concert. She even involved the mall police. I will never support a place that prevents children from doing something nice for their community."
