"Had to pay for a quote that I never got. Who doesn't give free quotes. These guys evidently. But you did!!!! Several hundred dollars for the guy to sit in his van and do nothing. What did I get NOTHING!!!!!! There wasn't a miscommunication. There was an incident with my son and I which made me have to pay you in payments. It was taken care of in the agreed amount of time. I think low enough of your company because of it that you will not work for me or any of my companies that I work for again. That is why you were removed from all of our residential and commercial accounts. You are no longer a recommended vendor for any of our accounts either!!!!"
