"Only used this company because my home warranty carrier made me. Had a small gas leak in a pipe. Whitney Services sent out a plumber to look at the job and see what it would take to fix it. He took pictures and returned to the office. Two days later I got an estimate for $250 plus the additional $100 deductible I had already paid because they said I had to modify the pipes to repair it, and modifications weren’t covered under my insurance policy. I scheduled the return, I had to pay them in advance, and the technician showed up worked for five hours made the leak worse than it was shut the gas off to my house and said he had to go back to the office to talk to someone because a furnace duct was in the way. that was 10 days ago. It’s February in Michigan. I communicated with the company. They said they were working up an estimate for the additional repairs. They sent out an incompetent technician who did not have the tools and equipment required to complete the job, even though he had looked at it and taken pictures and gone back and talked to his office. I wouldn’t hire this company again if they were the last contractor on the planet. If I could give them zero stars I would."

"Whitney Services sent their best electrician, Ralph, out to my home. He was very courteous and on time. His knowledge about electricity, and how things go through the house supersedes anybody I’ve ever met. My issue was resolved in a timely fashion, and I could not be happier. I will definitely use Whitney services for all of my electrical and plumbing needs going forward."

"Whitney was quick to respond to my needs. And gladly worked around my schedule. The agent at the office was polite and respectful. The Repair man Dylan was actually early for our appointment He was very polite, caring ,respectful, and very knowledgeable. He explained to me what was going on and went the extra mile to make sure that my furnace was up and working. This experience with them was awesome and would highly recommend their services."

There was top-notch communication and the service technician that came to my home was courteous, explained everything at my level, and was very genuine in making sure I was comfortable and knowledgeable about the install. Appointments were scheduled for me without the hassle of calling to schedule which was great for my busy schedule and I was given prompt dates and times they would be at my home. I could reply back to both texts and emails and received prompt responses back. I even received a tracker the day of service to view their arrival times. Win win win!
