"Our Samsung dryer was making a squealing noise that sounded like metal on metal. If this was 30 years ago, I would have thought a bearing was bad, but this was unexpected in a 6 year-old appliance. A mid-day call to Major Appliance (MA) on the Tuesday after Memorial Day (2023) got us on the schedule for service on the following Friday. The tech, Will, was on time and after listening to the dryer for 3 seconds, knew the problem. The idler pulley (apparently a known design flaw) had failed. Since he had the part with him, Will had the dryer apart, repaired, and back in working order in no time. Their price for both the part and the service seemed more than fair. Will was friendly and informative. He also complemented us on the cleanliness of the unit. They are now our "go to" for appliance issues. Highly recommend."

"Drove a good distance to pick up a ice machine. Staff was very nice, polite and helpful. Sales person was not pushy and all. Ice machine has been running for 20hr with no issues. Highly recommend giving them a chance. Store was clean, appliances if used seemed in very good shape and in some case didn’t looked liked they were ever used."
