"I have been to this place many times over the years and keep giving them multiple chances to get it together to no avail. If you are looking to sell gold or silver you will get the lowest price guaranteed. Would walk across the street to Dylan's and get double to 3x the price. Last time I was here was given a price of $1.50 went up the street to Danny's and got $7 which is a crazy price difference. He could not even tell what he had in his hand was silver I had to point out that fact which is unacceptable for a jewler to not to know. Really don't like l3aving n3gative reviews but this one is justified and based on multiple experiences over the years."

"I agree with other reviewers when they say this place is a joke. Do not take your jewelry there for repairs! I took 2 white gold chains to them for repairs and all’s they did was burn the links to fuse them back together instead of fixing the broken links. They did not bother to clean it up, so now I have a section in each necklace that is blackened and they burnt the clasp on one. The necklaces are ruined. Why not just say you can’t fix it and give our money back? The place is disgustingly dirty inside and smells badly of cigarettes. Should have just turned around and walked out! My bad for thinking I could trust them with my jewelry."

"This place is a joke took my necklace here for 2 links to be reconnected the jeweler repaired one for the price I was already quoted. The repair was in 14k gold he didn't finish the metal just melted it and gave it to me unfinished. The professionalism and customer service was below satisfactory. If you want quality work don't come to this jeweler. On top of having to wait multiple days just for a minor repair I could've got done in 15 minutes at any other jeweler."
