"Called Pandora to report that this store refused to do a exchange when I had the packing slip in hand (per the policy) completely rude to me as I nicely came in and just needed a bigger size bracelet I had ordered online. The lady on the phone did say they do and should have instead of immediately telling me no they don't. He didn't show any interest in speaking to me. I have purchased charms here before and no longer will. I had planned on buying myself a new one today as well."
"Called to ask if they sold coins and the man said no. I asked what happened to the coins and was told the guy left and was abruptly hung up on. I called back and a young woman answered and as soon as I asked about coins I could hear the same man yelling in another language while she said to hold on. I waited on hold for a few minutes and was then hung up on. I called back again to figure out what was going on and then the man said he called the police on me. Ever since this store has been sold I'd recommend going somewhere else. The new owner seems like bad news."
"Got a $1000 cross necklace for Christmas, two days later the diamond fell out. They were kind enough to let us do in store credit and I got a beautiful ring! BUT THIS IS THE REASON IM WRITING THIS REVIEW. the ring was worth $2000 marked down to $ 600 okay awesome so I decided to get the ring and a couple Pandora bracelets. Not even a couple months later THE DIAMOND out of the ring fell out. I don’t care if it’s marked down, this shouldn’t be happening! The customer service is great, which is why we wanted to come back and get more but after these experiences never again. I’m seriously so upset I could cry. This was my boyfriends first jewelry gift to me and it was extremely sentimental. I’m hoping this can be solved. I literally do hair for a living I don’t do harsh work with my hands! And I always wear gloves with chemicals! changing my review because I guess a new owner bought the store in march, he is going to fix it for me thank god. But I really hope I don’t run into any more issues thank you for helping me out"
