"Not open at 11:23 when hours state 11 am. Awesome."
"Horribly unfriendly staff, not knowledgeable, unwilling to help find stuff, too lazy to even come up to show me what is where. I came here looking for a particular item and when I walked in, the store manager didn’t look up from her phone, didn’t say hi and when I asked her where I can find that item, she just pointed at a direction full of racks and said “that way”. I was confused and asked again and she just said go that way and look around. Claire’s stuff is junk to begin with but when service is even worse than their product, it just makes me not want to come back anymore. I do not recommend here for anything."
"Website says they open at 11 am. I’m here at 12:01 and the gate is down. There’s a sign posted saying they’re on a short break, will be back at 5:15. Since when is 5 hours a short break?? This is my last time coming to this mall. Most of the stores have gone out of business and the ones left, open and close when they feel like it. Guess I’ll have to take the hike to 12 oaks. Close this place. It’s a waste of space."
"I use to shop in Claire's as a child now my daughter shops here. I love how their merchandise is kid friendly and age appropriate. The employees are always friendly and tell you about the sales. Although this location is a tad small it is always clean and organized. My daughter bought us mother daughter necklaces. I would recommend this place to anyone. Prices are fair and they have all the accessories your little girl will want/ need."
