"We had a very slow leak on our tub that was hard to see where it was coming from. The service manager was great and worked with me to schedule around some work we were having done to our patio area. The service manager and team members that were out did a great job. They were all very professional and focused to ensure the repair would not cause any other potential issues. They came back for a follow up after letting the tub run for just over a week and then applied foam insulation in the area they had to dig out for the repair. This is not our first time with having Leisure Works troubleshoot and repair something on our tub, and we have been very satisfied every time! Delivery was easy, they helped me balance my water composition to get started, one of our control panels didn't work upon startup so they ordered me a new one and their technician did an expert installation. Lastly, whenever I have questions about maintenance or I need supplies, I can call or walk into the store and they are so helpful. I highly recommend!"
