"If I could give a zero I would very rude unprofessional they gave me a day to sign my lease three days before signing they cancel it and gave my place to someone else with no explanation or explaining when I call them they never pick up the phone. Liz always send a text the reason they gave my place away is because, things was broken in the house I asked then to fix it and they cancel my lease if you charge me an extra $295 for an inspection fee And you tell me to take a walk-through to see what’s wrong with the property you supposed to fix it I would never rent from them Liz and Gloria is very rude and unprofessional"

"If I could give them zero stars I would! Started renting from this company 2/1/23 signing a 2 year lease agreement. Around 10/23 certified mail started arriving saying that the property had been sold as of 10/21 and the owner didn’t redeem it within the 12 months given 10/22 which meant that the property had already been lost before I moved in and CAPS had no legal right to rent it out!!! How can a house be sold without the management company knowing that’s irresponsible. After spending thousands of dollars to move into the house they now want me to spend another 2 thousand dollars to move into another place they manage as if they haven’t signed a contract with me for 2 years here!!!CAPS demands that I pay 1200.00 for the property they lost and another 2 thousand to move! They are money hungry people avoid this company at all costs"
