"i was immediately greeted and helped as soon as i stepped into the hotel. the front desk employees were very kind. my room was very spacious, spotless, and being able to have my cats with me as we were moving across the country was really a huge plus. i would definitely stay here again."
"Beautiful and clean rooms! The shower in the bathroom was a little rough. It was clean, but it could've used a little touch-up and updating. The breakfast bar was full of tasty options! It seemed like it was a little much for one person to be handling everything because there was quite a bit of trash in the eating area, and food ran out quickly. She was super friendly about getting fresh food brought out quickly. The pool was nice and warm. Great accommodations!"
"Nice location among many restaurants and it's close to a mall. Front office staff were very friendly. Room is just amazing and has everything, even a sink and plates/silverware. Wifi is fast. Breakfast included a lot of variety, although they do start to run out towards the end of the breakfast period (like the waffle mix). There is 24 hour free hot coffee, tea, or hot chocolate but they weren't really that hot at times; I just used the microwave to heat it more. Would recommend!"
"Well above and beyond the call of duty. It was important as a business trip goes for us and HILTON is notorious for quality and professionalism. "The room had a strong scent of dogs. Even the sheets smelled like dogs. The cleaning staff did not do a good job cleaning the room. I was unaware that pets were allowed in the hotel. Whoever cleaned the room that I stayed in, did a terrible job cleaning it. There was a VERY strong powder that was used to contain the smell…. It was so intoxicating! I was so miserable! I will never return. I will say that the customer service was excellent and everyone was super sweet and accommodating."
