They offer free delivery which makes it easier for me whenever I can’t make it to the pharmacy. Their prices are great and I get my vaccines there too with no appointment needed."

"My family has been a loyal customer of Merriman drugs for over 10 years. I just love supporting local businesses. Merriman Drugs used to really go above and beyond to provide the best customer experience you could ask for. Unfortunately, the new management is struggling. The supply chain issue is a real thing, and it is difficult to find some medications and medical supplies right now. They don’t have a supplier that will support them and help them get the medications their customers need. Every time I have called them for something I am told they can’t fill that and to call a big box pharmacy. I have had to transfer prescriptions to big-box stores that don’t seem to be affected by the supply chain issue. One thing I am really frustrated with is the lack of empathy the personnel have when telling you they can’t help you. It just seems like they have given up and are transitioning from a drug store into a gift shop. I know it has to be tough to answer the phone everyday dealing with disappointed customer’s that you can’t get what they need, but you need to focus on what you used to do and offer alternatives that we can go back to our doctors with to try and get a medication or supply that you can get for us. No one wants to see Merriman Drugs close, but I just wish you treated your customers the way you used to."

"Best staff pharmacist in Livonia. The owners and the staff always make sure that the shelves are fully stocked. I was able to buy my kids several great toys by Melissa & Doug, amazing candles, and many other fantastic & unique gift items. I fill my prescription there & with all the national back order items like halls, Tylenols etc they always to make sure to have some. Best place in town.
