"In general the grounds is very nice, well kept from a visual perspective and peaceful. However, maintance is a joke. I went six months and till this date he has not fixed things that I reported upon moving in. Things that I have complained about multiple times. The heat did not work most of the winter and the air has not worked all summer. If I actually had the things that I'm paying for (heat, air, mantaince) this would be a lovely property but I am about quality not quantity. So I will most definitely be renewing my lease somewhere that will cost me more a month but will accommodate my needs"
