"Hello, My name is Andy Dobias and I have called Sterling Landings home for the last three years. What really allows me to call it home is our wonderful community maintenance guy! Ryan is the biggest asset that this apartment complex has to offer. He's prompt to fixing issues around my place and always available when needed. This past summer we had a bad storm which knocked the power out for the entire community. He came over on Sunday (his day off) to make sure DTE was here and did what they were supposed to. Ryan is always friendly and wavies as residents passing through the parking lot. I consider him to be a friend and anyone living here should be thankful that he is working for our community!"

"I am posting as a local corporate housing company. We have had corporates suites (furnished/flex-lease - not Airbnb) in this property since first opened. We still have several there now. Our clients tend to be higher income and have high expectations. We have been there from the beginning, well before the current staff/management. When I read the reviews other have, it literally sounds like it's not the same place where we offer corporate housing. And since the same event is repeated dozens of times, it makes it sound like it happens everyday. We have had over 100 guests in and out of Sterling Landings in out suites. None of our guests reported crime as victims or witnesses. While the property was the location of some highly publicized tragedies quite some to time ago, the response from the ownership group and management was swift, on target and effective. It's clear that they have been leasing to more highly qualified renters and removing some bad apples. The new security system, which tracks every vehicle coming in and out of the property, is amazing and it's connected with the local police. Management's focus on prevention is clear and has been effective since they made the changes. The manager, Will is a get-er-done type of guy. He does what he says he will do. Maintenance is Johnny on the spot and communications are frequent, clear and professional. I encourage others to take a second look at Sterling Landings in spite of the reviews that re-cycle the same events over and over. I recommend this place."
