"I went there to see what kind of swrvices they had..I had to give them info first.Then called back to talk with a gal.She wasnt helpful she directed me to computer to put in all my info...I told her I havent been on a computer in years...I was having a hard time...My phone rang..the security officer yelled at me..He said get off the phone or get outside...he tried to help me turn the phone down...I was so upset..they need help to deal with older people.I won't go back.....I HAVE NEVER BEEN TREATED SO POORLY IN A PUBLIC OFFICE BEFORE....I was shocked..."

"My honest review is that most of these hardened FSSA workers want to help & stay efficient. They don't like when you bring your phone into the lobby, but I've noticed that the security guard plays solitaire on his phone all day. You can walk in without an appointment and be serviced rather quickly - the work off of first come, first served basis. You can apply on their computers there which is convenient. I recommend dropping off documents to be scanned in here vs. Faxing them. The state fax line has lost numerous docs for me this way. All in all, for being a public aid / state office - they do a great job."
