"Apartments are very nice, but that's about it... I lived there for 2 years and never even had smoke detectors installed, my apartment was broken into twice and a lot of suspicious people will follow and watch you... Dont get fooled by the location and price... This building is not safe"

"This is one of the worst places you can move to. Since I've been here(1 year), there has been 5 different managers. I went all summer without any air, there are not any screens in the windows, the ceiling leaks when it rains, the doors are off track. The lock on the front door is broken so anyone can come in the building without a key. The washer and dryers doesnt work, and hasnt worked in a year ( on 4th floor). The 3rd floor carpet has been ripped up and haant been replace yet. The elevator breaks often, and you have to take the stairs thats full of trash and reaks with urine.management is so unprofessional, amd unorganized. And all new renters will be paying almost double the amount that we were charged last year. It is not worth it. At all."
