"I went on a tour and almost moved here! It’s a great area! I might consider this place again in a couple of years! The leasing agent I meant seemed pretty decent and honest to me! The office staff seems to exercise honesty and integrity! Some units might not be as nice as others but honestly and integrity from the leasing team is cool with me! I most definitely would recommend decent people for them!"

"Poor communications by leasing office. Sewage back up caused over $5k worth of property damages. The plumber came in and unplugged my freezer another $500 loss in Food items. This happened in October. The lack of communication is critical to the resident. This apartment has potential if the staff were more diligent in servicing the residents. The level of unprofessional is is unacceptable. The basement flooded with raw sewage"

"I do not need a response back from the management company. I noticed that your rating has been based on five stars but your reviews are terrible. I am a tenant here, and how much did you pay to have positive reviews? I dislike slick tactics of giving a 60 day notice to move to put money in the management’s pockets. So technically, you are ripping off and trapping tenants if they want to break their lease. Thirty days should be sufficient. I’ve been a tenant for 10 years, and there are drastic changes going on. The management should be conscience of whom they move into the buildings. It’s more like greed to fill is many units as you can regardless of who moves in. When I first moved here, the tenants were carefully screened. Who would not move into a property with a $200 security deposit? I have observed that management is more concerned with the exterior of the building, such as paving the parking lots opposed to taking care of interior damages.I have heard complaints regarding bedbugs, roaches, and mice, and they offer a schedule of once per month for exterminators to come out. If you miss that time-slot, you may be waiting additional weeks until the next scheduled exterminator even if you have a current bug problem. I know when it’s time for me to leave and it’s that time! When I sign my new lease, I will be under Beztek Management. When I find that piece of mine, I will be happy to give them $1800 to escape this prison."

"First time ever trying to rent an apartment and this process with SherwoodHeights have been horrible!!!! If I could put 0 stars I would. Leasing office said I got approved but we been getting a run around for a month on when we suppose to move in and they keep saying the apartment isn’t ready. Or they will say an apartment is ready for me and turn around and say it was taken!! They also have people showing apartments who don’t even work here or know they way around the apartments his name was ANTONIO. Do not move in they will take your application fee which was 200$ and keep playing with you DONT DO IT PLEASE"
