"My car has been broken in multiple times and 10s of other cars have been stolen here, its the most unsafe place on westland,the management is next to useless and wont even let me out my own cameras, STAY AWAY if you value your life."

"I've been here 6 years and was very happy until now. A small argument with the cleaning lady and all of sudden they said they won't renew my lease. Mind you I just signed a lease a week ago. I've always payed my rent on time, had no complaints from other tenants. Nicole( the mamager) won't return my calls . I never got a chance to find out what the real reason is. This is very unprofessional."

"Terrible place run. Rent was paid on time even early every month. Apartment was clean no stains in carpet no stains on walls. Decided to not renew my lease because it wasn't worth the price they wanted. Manager got mad and tried to charge $400, claiming to had put new carpet which was a lie. The carpet was just did 3 months before I moved out . Nothing was wrong with it. All I asked for was a receipt for proof they put new carpet in after I left and they couldn't provide it. Trying to get in a senior building and they go and gave them a bad report on me. The manager there is very unprofessional and doesn't know how to talk to people."

"I lived there for 10 years, I loved my experience there, I felt safe and comfortable. The office staff was very kind and approachable. Whatever the need only 1 phone call and it was taken care of. The complex was beautifully maintained. I moved out to care for my mom, if I could afford it I'll move back in a heartbeat."

"From start to finish a terrible experience. Nicole the property manager is beyond unprofessional she will refuse to see you and hide in the leasing office and make the other leasing staff speak to you or lie and say the office is closed during the day. They will refuse to give you the property management contact information. Constant threats of eviction and then when you bring up laws and policies they apologize. The apartments haven’t been updated since the 70s probably but they will try to charge you a high rate to fix things when you move out."
