"Why are the residents and delivery people forced to walk through the filthy garbage room, tracking filth through the building, while construction is going on and there's another entrance right next to it..or how about all other doors? The calender has the whole construction period blocked for no activities on the first floor for a reason. Extra un-needed foot traffic is causing dangerous situations by creating too much confusion and over crowding in the small area by the elevators where the entrance is. Why can't the person in charge of activities see that they are breaking a rule. Is there no common sense or is "look at Me Me Me" more important than all other residents in this building? And who are these unscheduled, unmarked "supposed," health vans and insurance people coming here to take people's personal information? As a person who was burned by one of these phonies several years ago that cost me over a 2000 dollars in fees I never should've paid, and had a big bank and insurance investigation because of it, I don't want to see anyone else that lives here get taken advantage of. This office needs to screen everyone. As a HUD funded building, soliciting is illegal here for this very reason and shouldn't even be happening. Medicare and the State are the ones people should be calling for help. These sales people don't care about you all they care about is their commission. And if they are a phoney like the one I was introduced to even worse."
"Not a good place to live, VERY dirty and unsafe, management very disrespectful they treat you like an animal I lived there 6 years and it was an awful experience."
"Lived here for 5 years. I don't have any other option for a place to live. Security is kind of pointless. People constantly are stealing my packages number 6 package stolen so now I can't have things delivered here to my own "home". There's not enough surveillance. Hallways have no cameras only lobby outside and elevators. Some people are annoying and creepy. Elevators break down around the clock previously. Office doesn't return phone calls. We went 5 days without power. Go long wait times for ac to be turned on. There's fires or smoke fires all the time. Which is scary because my kids are here and pet."
