"I’ve lived here for less than 3 months and they have not honored any of my apts repairs due to having only 1 maintenance man. The manager of the leasing office is extremely rude and inconsiderate to the needs of her tenants . And when your lease is up they are going to raise the rent $200+ to renew the contract. Do not move here. I warned you !"
"Man, seems this place has changed by the reviews, I stayed here years ago and it was HORRIBLE! Crackheads,drug dealers, just dangerous overall. Final straw was A shoot out out front. And nothing around but liquor stores and scary looking people. Staff was stupid and not helpful. But hey, guess times changed. But that would have been a miracle!"
