"I would recommend these apartments to people. Quiet community, family oriented, gated community not ghetto. But on the hand I feel as if the appliances could be upgraded for the money we spend, and the carpet could be changed and touch up paint. Office staff is nice and maintenance comes promptly when you put a work order in. Been here for a nice min and never seen a bug other than your every day household bugs. Old owners didn’t care but now the new owner is fixing what was messed up of course that will take time. But he’s doing his best and I appreciate him for putting locks on the outside doors."
"Great place been here almost three years now, whenever you call maintenance will be right there and they are very helpful, only downside is that the apts are a little old by now and might need renovation, and it is hard to cancel the lease if you decide to do so at any point, other than that very nice place to stay."
"Office staff is rude and are no help. maintenance takes forever to come fix the problem. This is the second time my apartment floods and I had to wait days for someone to even come"
