"The rooms were not the same as the pictures. Holes in the wall, mattress was a box spring and dirty. No hot water, the person in room next to me was yelling and screaming he's got a knife and gun.Roaches in the toilet guided me better than any employee there, they need to make a roach of the month award for the wall in the office."
"Horrible experience. The first room they gave me had a big red blood stain on sheet as they hesitated to give me another room which was even worst. No hot water at all in shower I let it run for 20 minutes. Only 1 outlet worked in room beside the 1 the TV and fridge plug into. . Not the bathroom 1 either. Cigarette and incense burns everywhere. 2 drawers missing on chest and it was very cold turned heat to 90 temperature never went past 77. Worst experience ever and I'm not a picky person but come on now ...."
