"Call for availability asked about weekly and monthly rates. He asked me where I was staying and I told him he didn’t like my answer. Proceeded to tell me you can stay for a week and then will let you know if will let you stay longer. Why would I move all the way over there if you don’t plan on letting me stay long-term which is what I was looking for. I wouldn’t recommend apparently if they don’t like you or your answers to the questions they don’t want you to come"

After staying three years later than my first time, the place has been remodeled, well taken care of, and still has the same great price. Staff is fantastic and obviously puts their heart and dedication into maintaining the property."
"This place is clean, no bugs, no rodents, no loud people that keep it very nice and quiet. The people who run this place work their butts off to maintain and keep it clean plus they are very very nice and hospitable I love staying here. The place down the road I used to stay at the guy chased me out and I'm glad he did because he was a pain in my ass! White house and made me feel at home and never give me any problems! Very nice people! Very nice place!"
