Arbor Woods Apartments

"Went to the office to get some information about possibly leasing before we buy our home. Filled out the application then was ghosted for a whole week then told we were told we were denied, only after I called 4 times in a row to get ahold of Andrew.. I even asked if we could pay for the full years worth of rent up front.. There was no communication that Andrew would be out of office AND when he did return to office, he did not answer my emails nor phone calls. When we went to the office, he was dressed in basketball shorts and was boasting about the fact that he just got the job a year ago and is only there for free housing... honestly if you want a more professional setting and handling of applications, go somewhere else."

"This is a very nice appartment and community , the rent is within the range of others in the area and managment is friendly and helpful. I lived here nearly 4 years and only left because I wanted to purchase a home."

"It is a very quiet place to live, the office staff is very friendly, the apartments are quite good, they are not really 5 stars, that is why they have a reasonable rental price, really whoever wants it better has to pay more, I I feel good, I am not complaining, and anyone who is not looking for a 5 star I recommend it."

"Arbor woods in Livonia is a decent place to live. Cheapest place around that we could find (we were paying $1,080 for a two bedroom), but you definitely get what you pay for. Not high end but decent for an apartment. However, throughout our almost three years living here the complex went under new ownership or management. There was a noticeable decline in service. Again, get what you pay for. Overall, arbor woods is fine and safe if you’re looking for an apartment for a few years."

"Place is terrible, they sent my remaining balance to collections after one week of moving out, they never answered the phone or email when I tried to get a explanation of the final statement. So I am stuck with a terrible collection company on my report for no reason."
