"This place is disgusting. Please don’t stay here. It’s infested with roaches and I seen a bed bug in the bathroom. The walls were dirty. Everything was outdated. It’s truly a 1 star hotel at the Livonia location on Plymouth. Under the dresser it’s a sticky sheets covered with roaches as well. Everything was dusty and if you don’t like bugs or don’t want bugs please spend a little more money for better quality. We only stayed there because a snow storm wiped out our power. It was the worst hotel experience ever."

"The WORST hotel I've ever stayed in. There are stains on everything. The floor, the bed, the walls. I couldn't get the room warm because there was a crack in the door that lead to the balcony. And there weren't even blankets on the bed, the guy at the desk had to bring me one. There was hair and dirty twoles in the bathroom, it clearly hadn't been cleaned. The t.v. went out and we were only there for one night. And the roaches were awful."

"First off you get what you pay for. We needed cheap place to crash and this is a good location for us. They charge $50 deposit after you have already booked and paid online. Yes I know, however most in this area do the same or more. Up the road they charged a $150 deposit. This place refunded it in a week other place took two weeks. So all in all it's not too bad. Lock your doors and don't leave valuables in car. Try to get a room with sliding doors facing lot. Easier to load unload. Watch for tank traps in lot and road coming to building. Pay attention to your souroundings."

"I should be ashamed of myself for not reading the reviews. I saw a couple of decent reviews but it seems like if you are actually looking for a problem you will most definitely find one in your room or with the hotel in general. So here I am giving a honest review. There are stains on the bed, the tv does not work and reading the reviews it has not worked for months, service is mid, dusty and crusty in here on the vents and cracks in the sink that you cannot paint over, limited outlets, cig smoke smell I literally can’t breath it’s super cold during this time & I don’t want to sleep with the patio door open IF I even can. Based on other reviews the patio door is hard to open and crusted shut, not to mention the pictures on the website look nothing in person… I called the front desk and complained and apparently they are offering 10% off so come on down and get your time wasted if you have money to waste. I will see how breakfast is if they even have anything hot in stock or anything at all considering other reviews on display. Seeing other reviews makes me realize this place might need to be investigated and shut down for further evaluation for the exposure to high paying customers for this price. No dignity and respect towards hard working people needing a get away. I am dishearten that my health is on the line tonight. My boyfriend is in town and I just wanted a decent stay some where. We needed a place to stay and we got into the absolute worse situation. Will be talking to the manager tomorrow to establish what needs to be done if they want to see my money again. Needless to say the food shockingly smelled appetizing during check in. Good luck to you all."
