Livonia Apartments

"I lived there from 2017-2020. I had an updated apartment, and I absolutely loved it..it was quiet in a safe neighborhood!! Rent was reasonable and location close to my son's school and my job..I had to move bc my mother became ill and she ended up passing..I moved to her home and they were flexible allowing me to break my lease .after the dust settled with my mom I wanted to move back to the apartment but they didn't have anything available here I live now things constantly break everything old..I miss living at livonia Apts wish I could go back"

"My brother resided here for years until he became too ill to live alone. I contacted the apartment to advise of his immediate need to move out and Sharon was so helpful, so decent and gracious and understandable. I wish the world were full of more people like this lady, who knows her job, and goes about performing it in a manner that makes people feel good that they came across her. Livonia apartments are lucky to have such a person, hope they appreciate her. My stars are for Sharon. Thank you"

"Here for a Second Review! Ms. Sharon is a natural problem solver. She’s so friendly, kind, and definitely made me feel wanted. I went in to view my apartment and it was sooooo nice! She answered every question and helped solve my problems and even gave me an idea to decorate. I look forward to moving in later this week once I find the furniture she suggested! This company definitely has a great natural born leader that wears many hats! Again! I can’t wait to move in later this week! Thanks"

"I am so incredibly happy with how seamlessly we were able to move in to our new apartment. Sharon helped us get in as quickly as possible as we were under a deadline.
