"Worst maintenance , I moved in on March 23rd , and my washing machine stopped working from July , I have put request multiple time , I have requested at front desk multiple times , so thrice someone came and tried to fix it but they wasn’t able to , finally nothing has been done and we are living with washing machine which doesn’t function well . I would never recommend anyone to come and stay here . Reply - I have written on the below email on October 2023 , absolutely no reply nor any one cares about it."

"I was moved into an unlivable unit the end of September 2022, the unit was not 100% clean. The only thing that was fine was the carpet. Neighbors has also told us a cat was living in the until for months because they left the unit open and it explains how the cat prints was on the cabinets. When I told them all the problems they said someone would be out to put the things in and no one has yet came to give us a shower head, clean the cat prints off the cabinets, or clean the opening space that was full of paper towel and debris. Luckily we had money left over to PURCHASE our OWN shower head. Was able to vacuum the paper towel and debris from the corners and clean the cat prints. Instead of them taking care of the problems In units they call and say people have made complaints about not cleaning up after pets and odor. I do not own any pets there’s no odor coming from my unit I even asked neighbors to step in and smell around. Let’s not forget they don’t clean the sidewalks until snow is almost melted I went to buy my own salt and shovel. I feel that I am young and they took advantage of that. I will not be renewing my lease if I could break my lease I would. I will completely take the blame for moving here based on how horribly management does with communication! I should’ve known it would be problems with these apartments Update:I’ve moved out and now being charged damage fees for missing shower. I’ve called multiple times they never answer the phone. The best way to get in contact with them is to physically go to the leasing office. Poor management Update2: they’re taking the charge off for the shower head, everything should be documented it’s no reason it’s should’ve been a charge the first time. Save your money it’s not worth the headache"

"Happy but not? Originally I was looking at pavilion court, filled out an application and spoke with Jackie. She was incredibly rude, and made me feel unwelcome. I got a follow up call from someone named Ashley and if she had caught me before I went to Novi ridge I would’ve definitely signed a lease no questions asked. That being said; recommend this place highly, don’t ask for Jackie."

"Anyone reading this review, please note that it has been 4 months since we requested them via work order about fixing the carport. Numerous request have been made physically as well as over the phone but seems like no one cares. The whole winter has almost passed and we were not even given any reason why it can’t be looked it. In the days when it snows not only it was slippery but there was no salt applied as well just to make matters worse. Multiple times people from our family have faced the challenge of cleaning the snow in the cold morning when all of it could have been avoided had this problem being fixed. Anyone who is considering to move to this apartment complex, please reconsider your options. It may not be too far when any legal action could be taken against their management since we are paying the amount mentioned in the lease agreement but not getting the full amenities."
