"I lived here for a little over 3 years, I liked my townhome with exception for the older appliances.and AC The staff was always friendly and club house is great with a large gym, stretching studio and swimming pool. I enjoyed staying there and was sad to leave, the leasing agents were always available, responsive and caring. They were very understanding and I would recommend this place for you. I would say if you are looking for luxury and safety this is the place."

"After living here for a year I can say that this place is no where near the $2000+ a month it costs. The good - Our townhome is remodeled and we do enjoy the unit itself. Maintenance guys do good work. The bad - The actual neighborhood is dirty. There is always construction going on that makes living here a hassle. People don’t use their garages. They will block your driveway on the narrow streets. No parking signs are not enforced. The clientele here is not a good fit for a professional couple. Neighbors are loud and inconsiderate and nothing is done about disturbing someone’s rest. Quiet hours not enforced. Trash cans are left on the curb for days after trash pickup. Another lease rule not enforced along with dog feces left around the landscaping. What I’m saying is this is not a $2000+ a month living experience. Maybe for $1300 I could deal with the problems but these are luxury prices with a less than average living experience."

"Terrible Worst apartment in my life Four air compressors in front of the window running to shocking noise throughout the 24-hour. Even not soundproof window. The Noise of the washing machine upstairs will constantly cause your headache."

"Nice friendly neighbors and beautiful greenery but maintenance suckssss!!! We moved in Last September, there has been a hole in the ceiling of my babies rooom from the roof leaking since October. There was water leaking in from the snow and created water spots on the wall, been like that since December. The latest call was because the dryer stopped working That was 2 days ago, didn’t even get a response to that call... supposed to be here another year but I doubt it :("

"We came home from a week out of town to find that our air conditioning was not working at all (this was late afternoon on a Saturday). Even though it was technically after-hours, someone came over immediately to assess the situation, and got it working. Unfortunately, the next day, the unit stopped functioning again -- and again, someone showed up right away to figure out the problem. He determined that we would need a new air conditioning unit -- and made sure that we had it installed the very next day. The new unit not only works wonderfully, but it is also more energy efficient -- so we are cooler, and we are saving money. We have three small children and a dog, so being without air conditioning in July is a big problem -- and we were very impressed and grateful that the maintenance team took such quick action to solve the problem as quickly as they did."
