"We only stay at hyatts and So basically we were supposed to stay in livonia but they never called us and we checked in early and they told me they’d sold our room to someone else. When I got there they just shoved a paper in my face and said go here instead. Which I mind you we reserved maybe 8 months ago and are from utah and it’s thanksgiving weekend and the football game and they were like sorry we can’t have you stay here. If they hadn’t found us a room we would’ve been stranded or paying for a 1000 hotel room. So they got us a room here which I am actually glad they did. We had to Uber which sucked because it is kind of far from the airport and 20 mins further from the stadium but it’s okay. This one is way nicer than Livonia and they really took care of us unlike the other place. The room was clean and the bathroom is always nice. The breakfast was actually pretty good probably the best from any Hyatt we’ve ever stayed at. This is now our only hotel in Michigan we’re staying at when we travel and they saved us and we’re so nice when I told them everything that had happened at the other Hyatt. Thank you for everything."

"Good overall. Nice rooms. I bought some popcorn from the lobby (no vending on any floors). Took it back to room to find there are no microwaves. Had to go back down to the lobby for the microwave there. Small bottle of Water was about $4. Place was clean, s Some advertised channels did not work. Instructions via QT code described how to print documents and pickup downstairs but they actually don't have that service."

"The rooms here are so nice. The beds are one of the most comfortable I've ever slept on, from the bed itself to the pillows. I didn't want to get out of this bed!!!! The staff is very friendly, day or night, although the kitchen staff could be a little nicer. Overall, beautiful hotel with great, comfortable rooms for a good night's rest."
