"Marsha is very rude and don't care about her property. The apartment infested with roaches. The apartment I was staying had a roof leak since July and she just now fixing the roof. One the rooms still have big wholes on the ceiling when it rained in there. She never fixed it. She only care about the money. Wouldn't recommend renting from bab rental"

"Marsha is a handful. She takes to long fixing things. Before we moved in she said if the place has bed bugs we would have to get rid of them ourselves. So when we did move in, a week later we discovered there were infact bed bugs here. Don't sign a lease with her. The lease says 10$ a day late fee.. This is a trap. Now it's been over year and we have roaches from the people let move in next door.its been 3 months. Marsha had their one and ONLY matainance man come this past Monday to let off a bomb. One bomb was let off in the kitchen area. Mind you this is a two bedroom one bath apartment.one bomb in this entire house is not enough.so all week I been coming home to roaches in my fride on my fridge, in the sink...just everywhere.ii could go on and on about this place and the people who manages it."

"I have 4 children. We were homeless for a year and a half before we go into bab rental. We are less then a month late on rent and she is trying to evict us. We got court paperwork without even a notice of eviction. I'm going through the Indiana. Org for assistance and Marcia is saying she can't work with them because we are already going to court but without even notice of eviction by the way. Now me and my children are facing being back on the street. Will not recommend anybody ever rent through these people."

"I took a friend there to apply and was told they don't accept social security and child support as income. That's discrimination! I have never heard of any housing places turning you down unless you don't make enough, have bad credit, a felony, or eviction. The crazy part is she had 3x's the rent amount with her income combined."
